Job Title: SRE / DevOps Automation Engineer 
Location: Sunnyvale, CA | Austin, TX (Onsite from Day 1)
Position: Contract
Duration: 6+ Months

Roles and Responsibilities:

8+ years of experience as SRE/DevOps Engineer
   Well versed in programming language Python
   Good understanding of cloud concepts and hands on work experience using AWS or GCP
   Good work experience in deploying, configuring, automation and monitoring infrastructure in any cloud environmentAWS, GCP
   Good work experience using Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
  Good work experience with creating and managing infrastructure using IAC using CloudFormation, Terraform,Pulumi
   Experience with Java/Java EE, Cloud & Web-based technologies in various domains
   Hands-on experience writing Dockerfiles, pipelines in YAML, and deployment scripts (Python/) for microservices
   Hands on experience monitoring systems - DynaTrace, Grafana, Prometheus
   Experience in using GitHub Enterprise, SVN, CVS for version control systems.
   Knows their way around a Unix/Linux , understands Linux internals, can write scripts if required, and command linesystem administration such as Bash, SSH, curls etc.
   Able to troubleshoot complicated, cross platform issues handling OS, Networking, Database in a cloud-based SaaSenvironment
   Can handle live production incidents, debug/troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues
   A good understanding of how the distributed system works. A quick learner with very good analytical and technicalskills.
   Good to have: Programming background and skills on Core Java, REST APIs, Django Rest framework
   Good to have: Object-Oriented Analysis and Design skills, using common design patterns

Looking for a hands-on developer who can do automation than someone who just understands the concepts.
