Identifies appropriate application configuration based on customer needs. Determine the most efficient solution architecture to integrate IBM Maximo AWM application with boundary systems. Define overall data management strategy and approach. Identifies best design for value models as per customer needs. Review data and configuration loaders and chart out best possible way to minimize errors during data loading. Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Full scale of IBM Maximo AWM (Asset Work Management) implementation experience Clear understanding of IBM Maximo AWM functionality such as Asset life cycle, Asset maintenance, Predictive maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Work Management, Inventory Management, work scheduling, workflows, Maximo mobile applications, Chart of accounts, Planning, Job plans, work Tasks. Detailed understanding about various IBM Maximo functional configurations such as asset configuration, location configuration, start center configuration and workflow configuration. Must be aware of IBM Maximo AWM work and its limitations. Should be able to develop various configurations and data loaders as per business requirement. Conduct design workshops to obtain client requirements and map requirements to solutions. Design EAM solutions for work, asset, and inventory management tailored to client needs. Provide guidance to technical team to ensure continuity between design and development. Validate technical solutions to ensure completeness before client delivery. Provide guidance to client leadership, stakeholders, and SMEs at both strategic and tactical levels. Possess strong knowledge of work management, asset management and inventory management practices and associated Maximo modules. Experience in On-premise / Cloud.
