Job Title : PMP Certified Project Manager Job ID: HBITS-05-13386 Location : Albany, NY (Day 1 onsite) Duration : 30 months Visa- Any valid working visa in USA. There is only 1 round with direct client NOTE = This is onsite job from day 1. Client will provide Hybrid work option. You have to go onsite 2/3 days in a week. Daily Tasks include but not limited to the following: Use project management tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Visio to delegate staff assignments, track project status and determine time estimates. Use project management methodology and documentation to manage the project. Plan and facilitate all required project and technical meetings including demonstrations of application development progress. Provide regular status reports detailing project metrics, progress, and mitigation strategies underway to address concerns. Partner with Business Analyst to ensure the business requirements are elicited from Business owners and key stakeholders. Ensure requirements are communicated, documented, addressed, and if approved, included in future project plans. Coordinate the creation of end user documentation (i.e., business requirements documents, use cases, flow charts, report mock-ups, swim lane diagrams, prototypes, and screen designs) with Business Analyst. Coordinate the development of test plans and testing with the Project Technical Lead. Act as facilitator and primary project manager for multiple projects related to the OMH Business efforts; including projects related to implementation of applications or infrastructure changes. Report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor. Adhere to all NYS Project Management directives and processes. Project Manager: Capital Improvement/Infrastructure project Plans, organizes and integrates cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact. Expert 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 Months Experience managing project from initiation through closeout maintaining project budgets, schedules, scope requirements, status reports, communication plans, and quality standards 60 Months Experience managing multiple projects on varied platforms simultaneously. 60 Months Experience working on projects that required working with architecture team to comprehend technical requirements such as server and database requirements for multiple environments. 36 Months Experience managing Patient Management Systems (including but not limited to Patient Appointment Scheduling, Admission, Discharge and Transfer, and Clinical Documentation) which include interfaces to external systems (such as lab systems, data warehouse and pharmacy systems). 36 Months Experience managing remediation projects. 36 Months Experience managing projects with Application Programming Interfaces (API), and other interfaces that send and receive data between systems 36 Months Experience managing projects to implement security to infrastructure, Web hosted applications and databases 36 Months Experience managing building system/software updating Bachelor's Degree Project Management Professional Certification Please submit copy of certificate, degree, etc E-mail is the best way to reach me, if I dont pick your call.
