Job Description: Our client, a prominent healthcare system, is in need of a seasoned Workday Security Lead to spearhead a critical advisory engagement focused on assessing and enhancing Workday security protocols. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Workday functionality and healthcare compliance to ensure the organization's adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Assessment and Analysis: Conduct a thorough review of existing Workday security measures, evaluating them against industry best practices and healthcare regulatory standards. Recommendation Development: Develop detailed remediation strategies to address identified security gaps, ensuring alignment with Workday product updates and healthcare industry norms.
