Job Description - Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations Architect Location: ideally Chicago, Illinois area but open to non-local candidate Work remotely Visa: US Citizen, Green Card Contract duration: 6 months with a possibility of 6 month renewal Role: Lead the architecture, design, and execution of a Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations integration effort within solutions delivery projects. Lead the implementation and configuration of the MS Dynamics Finance and Operations product in conjunction with a cloud based SaaS product; the use of Dynamics is for the tracking of funds across different accounts associated with a large number of programs and services. Need someone with the experience and background to configure, implement and integrate. Responsibilities include: Define and architect high-level solution designs tailored to project needs, ensuring scalability and resilience. Direct the technical development and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations. Work closely with business analysts, project managers, stakeholders, and internal audit teams for compliance, and alignment on requirements and expectations. Collaborate with the solutions delivery team to ensure scalability and resilience. Resolve application and technical programming issues. Prepare technical specifications and documentation of application designs and workflows. Qualifications: Proven experience leading Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations implementations. 8+ years of dedicated experience in developing, customizing, tuning, troubleshooting, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365/Dynamics AX for Finance and Operations development. Communicate complex ideas and concepts to a variety of cross-group stakeholders. Advanced skills in X++, C#, SQL, Azure DevOps, and other Dynamics-related tools. Visual Studio Team Services, Source Control and fully capable of using LCS (Lifecycle Services) for deployments and configurations.
