Analyze and optimize telecom business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on ServiceNow best practices and telecom service management principles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
