This remote role is designed for a candidate who demonstrates a mix of functional and technical skills in Kronos modules, with a focus on implementing, configuring, and integrating Workforce Dimensions solutions within enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: In-depth functional knowledge of Kronos modules, notably: Workforce Dimensions Timekeeping Workforce Dimensions Accruals Workforce Dimensions Absence Workforce Dimensions Analytics Custom Report Templates (CRTs) Reporting Kronos Integration Dell Boomi Workforce Dimensions Integration Platform Direct implementation and configuration of Workforce Dimensions solutions. Engage with enterprise-level customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Requirements: 10-15 years of relevant experience. Minimum 4 years of Workforce Dimensions experience. Strong ability to use CRTs for solution customization. Boomi certification (nice to have, but not required). Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills. Not suitable for Project Analysts/Managers; requires functional/technical expertise. Interview Process: Candidates should be prepared to provide specific examples of their experience with CRT, technical challenges, and their functional and technical expertise in Kronos modules during the interview.
