Minimum 6 years of experience in development and architecture roles. Minimum 4 years of experience in proposal and business case development. Minimum 8 years of experience in product development and engineering. Minimum 6 years of Industry Domain knowledge in one or two vertical industries, with a preference for Retail and Consumer Products. Subject Matter Expert in Sterling OMS , possessing a deep understanding of its architecture, including database modeling, integration, agent architecture, protocols, etc. Proficiency in Sterling OMS functionalities such as DOM, GIV, IV, Participant modeling, Payment Processing, Process Modeling, UI Customization, Reverse Logistics, Extensions, and Customization capabilities, along with knowledge of System components, APIs, and related Interfaces. Experience in leading blueprint and assessments. Expertise in integrating Sterling OMS with external systems.
