Should able to handle other DBs like MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB. Design, deploy, and maintain databases on OCI to meet organizational data storage and retrieval needs. Perform regular maintenance tasks, including backups, updates, and patches to ensure data consistency and system integrity. Monitor and optimize database performance on OCI, including query tuning, indexing, and configuration adjustments. Implement performance monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively address performance issues. Establish and enforce data security and access control policies for databases on OCI. Implement encryption and authentication measures to protect sensitive data. Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data availability in case of system failures or data loss. Investigate and resolve database-related issues and incidents. Provide technical support to application developers, ensuring efficient and reliable database interactions. Setup and manage OCI Autonomous Databases (ATP, ADW, AJD) Strong SQL query writing and database performance tuning skills. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
