Job Title : Nice InContact Developer Location :Remote, USA Duration :Long term contract Job Description: Required experiences with Nice InContact CXOne Design Nice InContact CXOne Troubleshooting experience Working knowledge of unit testing Acts as a team member for the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the NICE InContact platform. Analyze, build, and modify call routing utilizing InContact Studio. Experience in one or more of the following software languages: C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Scala, Python, API, OKTA Experience with the Microsoft Suite (.NET Framework, Visual Studio) or another similar open-source software stack Responsible for technical documentation, testing, supporting, and troubleshooting all contact center platform infrastructure and solutions. Maintain current Contact Center implementation and push for new technologies/advancement in the Contact Center arena.
