Works independently and with agency staff to test and implement approved solutions. Works with vendor support on the agency's behalf to identify and troubleshoot problems as needed to facilitate upgrade. Provides primary application support for system and application component upgrades. Primarily supports the modernization transition. Developed software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Investigates problem areas.
