The manager wants someone very process oriented and wants a sound PM following processes with strong agile experience, someone who looks for wats to overcome a challenge, someone proactive, with experience in risk management. The hiring manager wants someone who will learn from previous error and be proactive to mitigate the risk of it happening in the future.
