Offer oversight, planning, and technical guidance to ensure the successful delivery of AEM-based projects. Engage in Agile Delivery Team activities including design, development, administration, and troubleshooting within AEM. Construct and maintain large-scale, highly responsive web applications utilizing Adobe Experience Manager in an enterprise environment. Lead and participate in the planning and estimation of AEM projects across various aspects such as frontend, middleware, backend, environment setup, and planning. Ensure the implementation of development best practices focusing on page load time, performance, security, and scalability of the application. Technical Skills: Proficiency in working with Java Content Repository (API) integrating with AEM Forms. Development and oversight of OSGI bundles, AEM templates, HTL/Sightly components and services, AEM launches, workflows, AEM Mobile and Forms applications, and the AEM DAM. Strong hands-on experience with J2EE technologies (J2SE 1.7/1.8), Java EE, Servlets, JSP, JSTL, and Tag libraries. Extensive experience with AEM including Components, Templates, metadata management, Forward and Reverse Replication, Workflows, Content Publishing and Unpublishing, Tagging, and Content migration/planning. Significant hands-on experience with AEM and strong concepts of OSGi, Apache Sling, Apache Sightly, Apache Oak, and Adobe Dispatcher. Expertise in AEM capabilities including Multi-site management and Blueprint, and use of advanced targeting/personalization, and multivariate testing, preferred. Experience with one or more Adobe marketing cloud products like Dynamic Tag Manager, Target, Analytics, AEM Forms, Campaign Manager, or Livefyre. Proficiency in core Java technologies used in Java-based CMS platforms, such as XML, XSL, XSLT, XSD, server-side programming models, and related presentation, middle tier & persistence frameworks. Define the application architecture based on the CCM design principles. Build the templates and develop the data strategy for correspondence. Configure delivery channels.
