Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure alignment of the organization's technology architecture with industry standards and IT best practices. Design and implement secure, scalable, and efficient enterprise-level solutions. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for their use within the organization. Develop and maintain technical standards and policies. Provide guidance to development teams on technology architecture best practices. Ensure proposed solutions align with business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Work with vendors and third-party providers to ensure solutions meet specific organizational needs. Define, implement, and execute processes for the definition, maintenance, and conformance management of Enterprise Architecture. Update and maintain key Enterprise Architecture deliverables. Establish and maintain contacts within business units and information system programs to understand business activities, drivers, and requirements. Provide architectural leadership in resolving inter-program and inter-project issues. Promote and communicate the Enterprise Architecture within the information community and business units. Conduct ongoing research and assessment of new analysis approaches for potential use within the Enterprise.
