The main responsibilities for the role will include but will not be limited to designing P2P solutions, configuring systems during project implementations, simplifying, and improving business processes, creating new business cases, identifying and documenting requirements, supporting P2P processes and integrations. MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees project activities related Procure to Pay functions ensuring quality and on- time delivery. Performs MM configuration checks and recommends changes. Proactively anticipates project deviations and escalates the need for immediate corrective action. Assists in the validation of as-is and to-be procure to pay processes and identifies improvement opportunities Facilitates requirement workshops with Procurement teams Maintains documentation library for design, configuration and training material related to MM module. Supports integrations with Open text (OCR) tool and POS systems Assists with performing integration, unit and user acceptance testing, including preparation of test cases and writing test scripts for procurement processes. Supports security design and maintenance as required, including oversight of approvals for MM changes, ensuring they meet organizational standards. Investigates, analyzes, and resolves support calls from procurement, manufacturing, and maintenance teams in a timely manner. Supports cross functional priorities.
