In this role, you will be responsible for leading Agile team as a Scrum Master while also managing a cross functional project from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent project management skills, and the ability to seamlessly influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization. Responsibilities: - Serve as a Scrum Master for an Agile team, facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments, and ensuring the team's adherence to Agile principles and practices. - Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. - Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. - Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders. - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and allocate resources effectively to ensure successful project outcomes. - Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. - Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders on a regular basis, ensuring transparency and alignment. - Conduct project reviews and retrospectives to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement. - Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, in compliance with organizational standards and requirements. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. - Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in Agile software development environments. - Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with hands-on experience leading Agile teams and implementing Agile methodologies. - Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results on time and within budget. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization. - Experience with project management tools and software, such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or equivalent. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
