Work with senior managers to define the scope of projects, ensuring clarity on project objectives and deliverables. Collaborate with team members to allocate resources effectively. Work with senior managers to develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate meetings with vendors and internal customers. Work with senior managers to track and resolve all project risks, issues, and action items. Assist with procurement and monitor budgets and actuals. Prepare reports and presentations for project updates. Facilitate communication between project owners, team members, and other stakeholders. Required Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Analytical mindset to address project challenges. Work well with cross-functional teams. Ensure accuracy in project documentation. Flexibility to handle changing project requirements.
