Team description:

Our clients Architecture & Data Management Group (ADMG) is looking for a motivated individual to support day-to-day business operations for a key portion of our team. In this role, you will be supporting the rhythm of the business by collaborating and working with the Line of Business team to achieve key objectives. Youll drive operational alignment with the Senior Manager and other business partners while handling some key aspects of new business processes. Bring your passion, operational excellence skills and join us as we continue to reinvent travel.

What youll do:

Will understand the software development lifecycle and the various agile engineering practices that can be used (e.g., in planning, requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, acceptance testing).

Will develop project schedules, define timeframes, and prioritize tasks to achieve project milestones and deliver intended objectives within the agreed timeframes while ensuring that requirements are completed. In addition, you will identify the types of resources required to support a project, and make recommendations for specific people, technology, partners etc.

Will lead and mentor others through agile ceremonies after writing Jira epics and stories.

Will define and track business metrics.

Will assist with documentation of requirements as needed.

Will carry out stages an unambiguous business process, supporting the different phases and stakeholders to improve cycle time and reduce error rate.

Will keep business leads informed of the statuses, any changes to the planned roadmap, and/or any leads/issues that may impact the expected business outcomes.

Will support and guide stakeholders in defining their requirements using your knowledge of ServiceNow platform and ITIL framework in compliance with best practices.

Will identify that there is a need for process improvement and actively seek guidance from the business lead on how to achieve the expected outcomes more efficiently within the immediate team.

Will assess bottlenecks in work processes within teams to streamline and simplify workflow.

Will coordinate with team members to execute new ideas or approaches and achieve process improvement goals.

Will compile data and analyze the impact of process changes.

Will foster a team environment where members are comfortable critiquing and suggesting changes to improve processes.

Will demonstrate a willingness and flexibility to adapt your work to process improvements in efforts to streamline and be more efficient.

Will assist your local leadership in tracking progress related to process improvements.

Will understand (internal and external) customers needs and begin to develop the skills necessary to help customers understand business challenges in the context of current business environment and objectives.

Will anticipate the needs of the different audience groups in the business unit/function that receive technical communications and how they differ from each other.

Who you are:

Degree or Equivalent related professional experience.

Success in Program Management.

A critical understanding of functional information (e.g., legal, data/metrics, and technical information) and is able to accurately answer relevant questions.

in ServiceNow platform

A critical understanding of business processes and challenges to recommend and develop solutions to meet unique business needs and achieve objectives.

with distributed systems and microservices based architectures

with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Miro, Office360
