This is a chance to work with a company at the forefront of innovation, driving success through advanced technology solutions Role Overview: As an Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion ERP QA Test Lead, you'll take charge of a comprehensive, cross-functional transformation program. Your leadership will ensure the meticulous preparation, execution, and oversight of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, integral to the program's implementation strategy. This role demands daily collaboration with both business and technology teams, overseeing several disciplines to guarantee successful UAT execution and to provide daily summaries of progress and issue resolution plans. Joining the program's leadership team, you will report on progress to program sponsors and directly to the program manager. We're seeking candidates with a track record of leading multidimensional tests in complex technology programs and who possess the senior-level skills necessary for developing and executing a thorough testing strategy. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in software testing, including roles as an implementation test lead and in regression testing. In-depth experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations. Proficiency in testing tools such as ALM, JIRA. A strong grasp of testing methodologies, test planning, and test case design. Capable of leading in a complex, fast-paced environment and collaborating with a broad project team. Working with Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) runway for data migration to HCM cloud for Internal/External vendors. Hands-on experience with critical Taleo interfaces for new hires/transfers. Worked on Core HR, Payroll and TL modules. Worked and monitored Pre-Payroll process, Payroll process and Post-payroll process. Worked with Informatica(WinSCP) for data movement from HCM to Landing zone and from Landing zone to Vendors(Internal/External). Used Hive/Impala for data validation. Used Oracle SQL Developer for updating the Profile, Creating and Inserting records. Experience with Timekeeping Mainframe system and Oracle Time and Labor(OTL). Used Jenkins to generate time punches for Oracle Time and Labor region employees and used the scheduled process to generate Timecards and submit and approve timecards. Created and tested timesheets as per required testing pay groups/differentials and Time rules. Worked on HCM Co-existence integrations between Mainframe and Hrconnect. Involved in preparing test strategy, test plan and testing scope. Involved in System Integration testing(SIT) and User Acceptance Testing(UAT).
