Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2. 5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles, emphasizing observability. 3. Proficiency in scripting or any object-oriented language such as Java, Perl, Python, Power, etc. 4. Hands-on experience with public cloud service platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP). 5. Familiarity with cloud-native monitoring solutions such as AWS Cloud Watch. 6. Experience with Elastic Observability or similar tools for log analysis, metrics visualization, and distributed tracing. 7. Knowledge of SNMP Management Information Base (MIB) files and OID structure. 8. Experience integrating SNMP/API monitoring data with centralized systems or IT service management tools. 9. Proficient understanding of the entire technology stack of the service, from application to infrastructure. 10. Familiarity with storage, database, and network monitoring methodologies and tools. 11. Understanding of observability standards and frameworks like Open-Telemetry for infrastructure monitoring. 12. Exposure to AI Ops, Service Maps for comprehensive visualization and analysis of service dependencies. 13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. 14. Awareness of enterprise architecture, design, and implementation principles. 15. Exposure to big data tools such as Metric-Beat for comprehensive observability coverage.
