Business Acumen Team Player Results Driven Communication skills Job Description - IT BIM Analyst partners with the business community and serves as a point of contact for IT-related activities. The Business Analyst analyzes requirements and defines options, scope, and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. This position focuses primarily on implementing and sustaining the B2B functionality, using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and other third-party Portal solutions for external customers across IPG. This position may assist and/or lead business discretionary projects and may also serve as a BIM representative for technical-driven initiatives. Coordinates any new business requirements or projects for EDI. Understands the nature of proposed business/IT changes and will compose functional and technical specifications outlining the necessary changes to the business operation/process, organization, and/or applications. Documents functional specs for production changes, application enhancements, and new interface development across the IPG Sector, including NAC Box, NAC Specialty, Containerboard, and Recycling. Performs functional process analysis, design, and testing of new and existing business processes. Manages implementation process for standard EDI messages. Manages implementation process for more complex EDI interfaces across multiple Order to Cash systems.
