I have provided an example of what is required for Highlights/Accomplishments section MULTI YEAR Contract Required Lead experience, though they will not be a lead on the project, but working closely with Leads/Architects across projects. Manager wants them comfortable with architecture-and be able to devise solutions or understanding solution for issues. Look at diagrams and understand application functionality at high level. Ensure candidates have worked with blue prints and understand the big picture. Provide writeup from candidate on which project(s) worked with blue prints and example of what they did. Broad skills: Hands on large application exp and ability to understand bigger picture and document architecture. High Level view of applications Ideal candidate will have min. 8 years Full Stack Java development and is moving into architecture. Role will be 50% hands on development and 50% Must have 5-8 years work experience in USA. Experience working big projects Will be working w/ multiple teams MUST have good verbal comm skills Financial industry experience strongly preferred AWS experience is a must (S3, EC2 etc. Docker Containers experience. Spring Framework. Angular experience **AWS Cert such as AWS Solutions Architect or AWS Developer or AWS Database etc. Financial Service industry experience highly preferred, but will still consider strong candidates w/o.
