Job Title: SAP OTC DSD - Pre-Sales Functional Support Lead Location: Richardson, TX 75082 (Hybrid) Duration: 06 Months Start Date: ASAP Job Details: Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) * 12+ years of experience configuring, deploying, and managing SAP ERP with a focus on SAP OTC functional area which includes the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) capabilities in Route Preparation, Execution and Settlement area for Pre-sales, Van-sales, Delivery, Mixed Route scenarios. 10-15 years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on Order To Cash and Direct Store Delivery. Knowledge of all master data objects required to support all Order To Cash / Direct Store Delivery processes Pre Sales. DSD master data, Route/Visit planning, Optimization, Stock visibility, Tour adjustments, Reloads, Route inventory, Complex Buy/Get promotions, Integration with Handheld applications, Incremental and End of Day settlement postings, Difference determination, Inventory balancing, Collections & Deposit postings and DSD clearing. 4+ years of Experience in S4 HANA Logistics solution implementation preferred. 2+ years of transportation management experience Strong understanding of the s4HANA based OTC functional processes and business process knowledge. Strong knowledge in SAP OTC Logistics LE. Deep knowledge of integrations with other modules including finance, procure to pay and order to cash. Previous leadership role on a major SAP transformation project Responsible for coordinating amongst members of different teams to address and resolve any issues or problems, escalating to vendors, partners and other support managers as required. Partner closely with external vendors, including onshore and offshore resources. Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly. Ability to partner and collaborate with business SMEs of client and project implementation team to deliver quality solution in ownership. Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments. Consulting background a plus Nice to have skills (Top 2 only) Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements. Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have SAP SolMan 7+, Azure Dev Ops, Quality Center, and MS Project Desired years of experience*: 10+ years Education/ Certifications (Required): Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred. Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute*: Write business requirements, design documents and error free coding. Provide support to Technical team to identify the issue and resolution. Functional Support during the life cycle of incident Work with client PMO team & offshore team members to create/perform Project Management deliverables and stage gates.
