General understanding of retail industry and accounting business processes Hands-on experience working in various SAP FICO modules- GL,AA, AP/ AR, Concur, Ariba integrations. Knowledge and experience in testing SAP custom objects and integrations with other external applications using Idocs, RFC calls, APIs. Knowledgeable in integration points between various SAP modules like FI-MM and FI-Payroll. Hands-on experience in Vistex testing is preferable. Strong knowledge of SDLC and SQA methodology as well as experience testing on Agile or DevOps teams. Must be able to differentiate and articulate differences between holistic system testing vs. process-based testing based on configuration parameters, user exits, integrations, and data migration. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience using industry standard software QA tools, preferably HP-ALM. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills. Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to communicate with other IT and business teams. Strong work ethic, positive attitude and excellent collaboration skills.
