Its a remote role with Guardian Life. Scope of work: 1. Actively participate and support a time bound project to connect 3rd party payroll to Workday 2. Determine impacts and interconnections on the Workday side. 3. How Workday needs to be configured to support 3rd party payroll in terms of earnings, deductions and other config. 4. How One-time payments should be handled (between Workday and 3rd party payroll) considering Benefits and Compensation modules are in full use 5. Build/Guidance for the integration from Workday (on how to feed benefits deductions along with the regular employee data) 6. Help determine if there are any additional payroll configurations that need to change in WD, considerations, use cases, testing scenarios, best practices. 7. Determine how the following are impacted in Workday and what configuration can still be maintained in Workday from HCM standpoint a. Time off, b. Time tracking, c. Maintaining Leave of Absence status in Workday (with Leave Administration being handled by an external vendor) 8. hands on expertise that can supplement our staff, work independently with knowledge, while building trust with partners. 9.
