Mandatory Qualification: Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system. The candidate can provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 Months of experience in both Console and ASP.NET Web Development 48 Months of experience writing C#/VB.Net code using the .NET framework 48 Months of experience writing and creating SQL packages and stored procedures 36 Months of experience in gathering user requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions, facilitating requirements interviews and workshops, documenting existing systems and processes, and documenting future state requirements 24 Months of experience in integrating web applications with Enterprise HRMS systems 24 months of experience using a source control solution to manage code repositories within a team of developers (personal code repository experience not qualifiable) Bachelor's degree.
