http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1294974&uid= From: Arun, KPG [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello Please let me know if you would be interested in below position Position - Financial BA Location Jersey City,NJ(Hybrid) Locals only Duration- 6 months+ Core Responsibilities Serve as the central point of contact between automation configuration team and business process SMEs Gather and review existing process documentation with process SMEs Analyze and clearly document business process requirements for the automation build including exception handling scenarios and process metrics such as volumes, SLAs, and cycle times Work with business process SMEs to identify potential reengineering opportunities to streamline the use of automation (e.g., use of an application interface vs. a user screen) Work with configuration analysts in the collection and documentation of solution design requirements Document operational run books that describe the steps of the automated process and exception scenarios Facilitate user acceptance testing and support remediation of production defects Deliver training to the business process SMEs and their teams on performing the new process using automation Align risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk Key Qualifications Experience with business/system analysis and requirements documentation using agile methodology Must have strong experience/knowledge of JIRA and ability to organize business and functional requirements into EPIC, stories and maintain product backlog Experience in banking, capital markets, or financial operations.
