Program Manager over the loyalty program Handle escalations and communications Initial scope is only loyalty- but if bandwidth permits, they could be put on other projects all on Apps Dev projects No PMO in CCL any longer, they have Project Delivery teams From a technical background, they will touch every system within CCL. (Must have an apps dev project) They need to know about managing IT Software Development projects. Managing a loyalty program would be a + Based on the experience you see on the resume, reservations, back end, front end, this program touches all technical channels onshore/off shore, data warehouse (huge + someone touching all systems someone at a very senior level program manager) program managers who have touched on many business areas, the more the better!
