Job Title: Sterling Integrator Location: Atlanta, GA 30322 Duration: 06 Months Start Date: ASAP Job Details: Must Have Skills: Sterling Integrator Description: Seeking a Sterling Integrator Consultant / Integration Track lead. The position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions on the Sterling integrator from customer's requirements. The selected candidate should be able to provide administrator aspect, troubleshoot the issues as well. In addition to that he should be able to oversee the delivery and single point of contact for Integration track Required Qualifications: Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA or be willing to relocate to the area. Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent will consider work experience in lieu of a degree. 7+ years of Information Technology experience 7+ years of experience with EDI, B2B, MFT and Sterling Integrator Interface & Platform components, systems & application status monitoring, including Performance & Utilization Monitoring Resolving errors & job failures through restarts or data remediation Development, Pre-Production and Production environments Performance & capacity centric recommendations & fine-tuning the capacity if needed. Co-ordination with Product Vendor and ATT security team for any VPN changes Delivering enhancements, changes, or optimizations in alignment with Customer on best effort basis Documenting business process during and after Knowledge transfer sessions Receiving Knowledge transfer from the current support team Planning the Knowledge sharing sessions Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies Understanding of DevOps model Preferred Qualifications: 7+ years of experience with Platform Support Server administration and support on Sterling Integrator Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams. Flexibility to work on Weekend to remediate P1/Critical INC Resolve technical problems effectively and efficiently within defined SLA working with internal functional and software development teams, and external vendors to identify root causes and solutions. Log service requests with vendors and coordinate diagnostics, requested actions and testing with functional teams. Identify and implement system process improvements leveraging the software, best practices, automation, innovation, and technology upgrades. Contribute to the creation of Support Design Specification and Support Supplement Documents. Provide ad-hoc reporting as required by the business. Adhere to Customer Solution Delivery Framework, Incident Management, and Change Management procedures. Ability to manage self-workload, set and meet customer expectations. Ensures effective shift handover. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
