Good troubleshooting and Configuration experience in CyberArk. Should have 2-3 years of development experience on any programming language (JAVA, VB, VB.Net, ASP, JSP) Should have good experience of BAU support processes like incident/problem management, SLA management, change management, knowledge transition and documentation. Should have good understanding of different platforms like UNIX, Windows server level commands Should be able to customize CYBERARK product as per business requirements Should be able to automate support process and create reusable components Cyber Security - MSS - Infrastructure Security 6-8 Configuration and Maintenance: Configure, deploy, and maintain CyberArk Privileged Session Manager (PSM) and Central Policy Manager (CPM) components to ensure secure privileged access management. Development Experience in development of CPM plugin process/prompt file and restAPI/CLI. Experience in development of PSM plugin using auto-it/web dispatcher framework. Policy Development: Create and maintain security policies, workflows, and procedures for privileged access management in accordance with industry best practices and compliance standards. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and incidents for future reference and audit purposes. Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT and security teams to align privileged access management with broader security strategies and initiatives.
