Key Activities/Responsibilities: Troubleshooting and resolving issues on the network. Rack and stack networking hardware within onsite and off-site racks following best practices. Provide technical support through various means of communication. Collaborate easily with business units and project managers. Assist the operations team in the form of network design, implementation, and problem resolution. Meet quality, productivity, turnaround time, and other expectations. Provide after-hour support and any other ad hoc duties. Optimize stability, availability, reliability, and resiliency of networking infrastructure. Conduct and make recommendations on LAN, WAN, Cyber Security, and capacity planning. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks, SDWAN, AWS/Cloud Services. Minimum of 8 years of experience installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, switches, WAN, accelerators, DNS, Security equipment, and DHCP. Minimum of 8 years of experience in wireless design, routing and configuration implementation. Minimum of 8 years of experience with Cisco 4145, Fortinet, ASA, SIEM's. Minimum of 8 years of experience in vulnerability management, lifecycle management of network equipment. Preferred Qualifications: 8 years of advanced knowledge of EIGRP, STP, BGP, VPC, mLACP, MLag, VR, IPv4 subnetting, VSS, IGMP, PIM, Anycast-RP, MSDP, 802.1x, EAP-TLS, PEAP-MSCHAPv2, TACACS+, SYSLOG, Cisco IOS, Cisco NX-OS, Cisco EVPN, Cisco CUCM 14.x, Wireless LAN Controller. 4 years of working knowledge of Cisco DNA Center and Cisco Identity Services Engine. Strong sense of responsibility and be driven to finish mission. CCNP Certification, ITIL Foundation, CCDA, CCDP. 10 years of experience managing complex technical projects with minimal guidance.
