AWS is Glue, Redshift, SQS and SNS, Lambda , EC2, S3, etc. They must have hands on Python development experience coding Here is what we know about the position. Combination of New development and maintenance/enhancement/support. The work is "they are building a data science platform" for the business to leverage SQL and eventually AI Tools In short, they will: Get all this data Do Analysis Provide Access to the Data Points to the Auditors by utilizing SQL Tools and, All of this is enabled in the AWS cloud that they instantiated The business users are Internal Auditors who are auditing IT These are "VERY" Demanding People! Strong Communications is Critically Important! Communication with Auditors is key... they want to be kept up to date on everything - Candidate Communications Skills MUST be OFF THE CHARTS GLUE is also a skill needed - Candidates will be Developing ETL Processes and Procedures and GLUE is their preferred tool They need to demonstrate effective ways to migrate data utilizing GLUE They are not a big Team... they help the auditors get to all the necessary datapoints and they do this by deploying their applications/components in the AWS Cloud Need Strong Data Skills Think DATA ENGINEERING within AWS Environments Strong CI/CD skills.
