The ideal candidate will be proficient in automated testing using Selenium and possess knowledge of Workday's functionalities and integration points. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver. Create test plans, test cases, and test data sets based on project requirements and specifications. Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure the quality of Workday implementations. Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution, utilizing bug tracking tools. Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios. Perform data validation and verification to ensure accuracy and completeness of Workday configurations. Participate in daily stand-up meetings, status updates, and progress reporting to project management. Assist in troubleshooting issues, investigating root causes, and providing recommendations for resolution. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and testing methodologies. Requirements: Proven experience as a Selenium Tester with a minimum of [X years] in automated testing. Hands-on experience in testing Workday modules (HCM, Finance, Payroll, etc.). Strong understanding of Workday functionalities, configurations, and integration points. Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation and verification. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). Bonus Skills: Workday Certification(s). Experience with other automated testing tools/frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit). Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
