Experience working with Adobe tagging technologies is required AEM Experience: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related technologies (AEM Sites, AEM Assets, AEM Forms). Business Analysis Skills: Strong analytical abilities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design. Technical Understanding: Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (CMS). Experience in AEM Website Integration with Salesforce/Marketing Cloud Experience in interfacing between business and implementation units Documentation experience including SharePoint, MS Office Tools Perform QA/Testing of Salesforce, AEM and other systems and capture the results Stakeholder management skills, including strong communication and presentation experience Quick learner who can solve problems and is self-motivated Desirable Skills: Associate has to work 100% from customer office all 5 days in Alameda, CA, USA Assisting AEM Project Team for the requirements and validation Work with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Team for Digital Marketing Implementations Status monitoring of various initiatives and report to the manager Understands the Business scope/pain points and able to create the AEM requirements and Integration data mapping documents. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements related to AEM implementations. Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes, identify pain points, and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience. Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into AEM-specific solutions. Create detailed functional specifications, wireframes, and user stories. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user guides, and system documentation. Generate reports and providing insights and recommendations based on data. Provide guidance to develop tagging framework and provide QA support and Project Management activities.
