The chosen candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, enhancements, and maintenance of the company's business platforms. MUST HAVE SKILLS- Salesforce - CRM (1-3 years of experience required) Salesforce AppExchange Applications - i.e. Conga, DocuSign (experience a plus) Five9 - Cloud Contact Center (experience a plus) Twilio SendGrid - Email Service Provider Platform (experience a plus) SedonaOffice - Billing Platform (experience a plus) TopShelf Scout - Fulfillment/Inventory Management Platform (experience a plus) General Responsibilities: Oversees the daily operations of our business platform implementations Responds to support requests, report requests and enhancement requests from internal users and management Establishes a well-controlled platform environment by defining, documenting, and enforcing design and implementation standards Manages the interfaces between the business platforms and our custom middleware Maximizes business platform performance and data integrity by monitoring performance, troubleshooting problems and monitoring user behaviours Researches, analyzes and diagnoses platform problems and data integrity issues and makes recommendations as to their solution Ensures that documentation changes are performed accurately and timely. Communicates changes to other team members, as deemed necessary Develops training materials and performs or supervises the training of users on new system changes and enhancements Manages special projects and assignments as requested by management Serves as a critical team member implementing business platform objectives of the IT Department Education/Experience: The ideal candidate is preferred to possess a BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related field with 4 to 8 plus years of overall development. Must have excellent verbal communication, written communication, and social interaction skills.
