Install and configure the OEM 13c OMS software and fully integrate with load balancer and repository database. Completion of OEM 13c configuration and setup with Spectrum and ServiceNow, and demonstration of proper alert detection, notification, and incident generation in ServiceNow. Experience in incident rules administration, reporting through OEM, target metrics administration, monitoring template administration. Hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 13c including Management Agent setup, Oracle Management Console configuration, Dashboard setup, and monitoring. Demonstrated experience in the Design and Implementation of OEM 13c Monitoring Plans. Experience with OEM 13c infrastructure automation via shell scripting which includes automated deployment of the OEM 13.5 agent on target servers. Experience working in an Oracle environment with good experience with OEM Upgrades and Migration on Red Hat Linux. Experience in Testing High availability and DR failure scenarios for OEM setup.
