Workday Financials Lead Consultant US Remote 12 - 24 month contract Must have- certified in Workday Accounting Center. Must have certification and previous experience with the financial sector. Required Skills: Extensive experience in implementing and configuring Workday Financials modules. Strong knowledge of financial business processes and accounting principles. Proficiency in Workday Financials functionalities including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting. Experience in integrating Workday Financials with other enterprise systems. Ability to lead and manage project teams, provide technical guidance, and drive successful project delivery. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Workday Financials certification is preferred. Desired Skills: Experience with Workday Financials upgrades and enhancements. Knowledge of Workday reporting tools and analytics. Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Extend. Familiarity with Workday security configurations and role-based permissions. Experience in data migration and integration with Workday Financials. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Workday Financials certification is a plus. Minimum of 9 years of experience in implementing and supporting Workday Financials solutions.
