Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc. Experience with AWS cloud services: Lambda, Glue, EC2, SNS, RDS, etc. Experience with languages: Python, PySpark, SQL, etc. Preferable hands on experience in Data built tool (DBT) and monitoring like DataDog.
