Almost every form factor, tv displays, everything. Expect designer to design for desktop, mobile, mobile native, kiosk, tv display, etc. They will manage multiple projects (6-7) at the same time. Need to be able to prioritize multiple simultaneously. When looking at a portfolio - what do you particularly like to see o Heavily like to see story telling and process. If I dont see clear process - its a hardcore pass. o Clearly articulate design. A lot is presentation decks. Can you clearly articulate, what is the problem statement, metrics, goals, etc. o Visual design - need someone who can replicate our style for clean, modern style, minimalistic. Everything on page should have reason for being there. o Simple/clean layouts. o Portfolio should have more than just 2-3 projects.
