CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified: Perform the following tasks for IBM applications based on the Jazz platform: Maintain, support and enhance Clear Quest, Clear Case, Rational Enterprise Suite, Jazz Suite and other software development tools, daily, as specified in the work tickets assigned by the Department. Mentor staff in the use of Clear Quest, Clear Case, Rational Suite, Jazz Suite and other software development tools, daily, as specified in the work tickets assigned by the Department. Develop Visual Basic scripts for Clear Quest enhancements, daily, as specified in the work tickets assigned by the Department. Perform routine maintenance and installs for software development tools, daily, as specified in the work tickets assigned by the Department. Develop Clear Quest reports using Crystal reports, daily, as specified in the work tickets assigned by the Department. Develop Rational Reporting for Development Intelligence reports, daily, as specified in the work tickets assigned by the Department. Perform the following tasks for application based on Intersystems Cache, Cache CSP, HTML, Javascript, Jquery, Json, Ajax, Bootstrap and ASP.NET: Create system designs, applying good system analysis and design practices, daily, as specified in the work tickets assigned by the Department, for system feature enhancements, additions and bug fixes, to then be applied as application code. Modify and create application code and database code, applying good system development practices, daily, as specified in the work tickets assigned by the Department. Troubleshoot and determine resolutions to system issues and bugs identified by the HMS Support group and the Applications Management team, daily, as specified in the work tickets assigned by the Department. Provide work estimates, communication and updates for Release Planning, Sprint Planning and Daily Scrum to implement system feature enhancements, additions and bug fixes, daily, as specified in the work tickets assigned by the Department. Document application modifications and additions daily, as specified in the work tickets assigned by the Department, and store in a documentation repository. DATA SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY TASK: The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and agents must comply at all times with all Department data security procedures and policies in the performance of this scope of work as specified in the Data Security and Confidentiality document attached to the purchase order.
