Role: Google Analytics Technical Lead Location: New Jersey Exp : 12 Years Job Description: Experience and Skills: Extensive experience in Google Analytics and GA4, including implementation, configuration, and reporting. Proficient in data analysis, insights derivation, and visualization techniques. Ability to build KPI frameworks and map them to business goals and objectives. Strong understanding of website and campaign performance metrics. Experience in visualization tools such as Tableau is preferred. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations. Capability to establish current state analytical capability maturity across web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities: Assess the current state of analytical capabilities for critical web and mobile applications within the Wealth and Health LOB. Evaluate data acquisition methods, including tagging and clickstream, to ensure accurate data collection. Define and standardize KPIs and metrics related to traffic, usage, and clicks across platforms. Derive insights from data analysis to evaluate user experience, campaign performance, conversion rates, and financial metrics. Utilize Google Analytics out-of-the-box capabilities to articulate the current state of analytics. Develop and implement best practices for leveraging Google Analytics to drive business value. Empower the Voya team with the skills and knowledge to independently utilize the Google Analytics platform effectively. Additional Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems and requirements, and translate them into measurable KPIs. Build visualization dashboards and reports to communicate insights effectively. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance analytical capabilities within the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Proven experience in digital analytics, preferably in the financial or healthcare sector. Certification in Google Analytics or related analytics platforms is a plus. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
