Expert 84+ Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 months interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements using recognized business analysis methodologies (e.g. business process flows, fit-gaps analyses, functional designs, etc.). 48 months experience in creating models using Monarch Tool. 84 months experience in creating and manipulating data in legacy application for testing purposes. 84 months experienced in reading and extracting rules from legacy code(COBOL). 60 months experience organizing Joint Application Development sessions: collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. 48 months experience using Team Foundation Server to facilitate creation, analysis, and planning of change requests and bugs. 48 months documenting the as-is and to-be states of the business process or function by using flow charts, process models, functional requirements, use cases and interface designs following the agency standard templates. 48 months experience using HTML/WSIWYG editors to create and maintain mockups. 48 months experience in creating templates for generating the documents for the agency based on policy inputs E-mail is the best way to reach me, if I dont pick your call.
