Job Description - Title : MDM Manager Location : Onsite - Lake Charles, Louisiana (Need local) Duration : 3+ months Need Dl, Visa, LinkedIn During submission Responsibilities Implement and Maintain MDM Solutions: o Deploy and configure MDM solutions to manage mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.) across the organization. o Enforce security policies, compliance rules, and device configurations through MDM platforms. o Monitor and troubleshoot MDM systems to ensure optimal performance. Administer Phone Registration: o Register new mobile devices with the MDM platform. o Manage device profiles, user accounts, and access permissions. o Assist users with device enrollment and activation. Advise on Enterprise Policies: o Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enforce mobile device policies. o Provide guidance on best practices for mobile security, data protection, and usage policies. o Stay informed about industry trends and recommend updates to existing policies. Install, Upgrade, and Configure OS Software: o Install and configure operating system (OS) updates, patches, and security fixes on mobile devices. o Coordinate OS upgrades and migrations. o Test new OS releases for compatibility with existing applications and hardware. Maintain and Support Production Environment: o Monitor mobile device performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems promptly. o Ensure seamless integration of mobile devices with other enterprise systems (email, VPN, etc.). o Provide end-user support for mobile-related inquiries and incidents.
