Candidate should have experience in Oracle Order to cash modules and should be able to explain properly. Job Summary: Sr. Engineer-Oracle Integration Support. Years of experience: 8-10 years related experience in providing technical support, resolution, and fixes. This role is a techno-functional role with focus on the technical aspects of the applications in scope. Acts as a liaison between developers and internal customers/business partners to ensure technical compatibility, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction. Support in the research and analysis of system requirements vis- vis existing business processes and information systems so that the team can delivers key software methodology deliverables including vision and scope definitions, requirements and design documents, test, and implementation plans. Key role in providing the required input to the Development team to ensure prescribed development methodology is followed. Responsible for support integration in moving from Oracle 11.1.0.7 | New version - 11.2.0.4,RAC - 12c to 19c. Problem analysis and resolution Fix the issues. Testing and Integration Deployment of the new code Provide inputs on more complex projects in conjunction with other IT Departments and business units. Performs other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required, assigned, and directed. Skill set: Databases and Data Access: MS SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access, ODBC, SQL, PL/SQL, Transact SQL, MySQL. Technical Skills: High level of technical expertise in a broad range of skills, including: Proven experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Analyst. Good knowledge of Oracle EBS modules, architecture, and development tools. Good knowledge of Workflow and OAF. In-depth understanding of Unix scripting and Web ADI. Strong programming skills, including experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports. Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP is a plus. Worked on System Study, Design, Development, and Post implementation maintenance and support of Oracle Applications E-Business Suite. Outstanding Functional/Technical knowledge in oracle Applications Oracle Financials like GL,AP,AR,FA,CM. Experience in ERP applications Client Server Technologies, along with Development, Testing, Support, Upgrade and Tuning of Oracle Financials, Oracle Manufacturing , Oracle Purchasing, Order Management and Sales. Experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle SDLC in an ERP environment. Strong Implementation knowledge of O2C Order to Cash, P2P Procure to pay and Drop Ship end to end Cycles. Excellent skills in SQL, PLSQL, Developer 6i Oracle forms and Reports, Discoverer Reports. Hands on experience in using various Oracle technologies to effectively implement and end-to-end solution to an organization's strategic goals and objectives including: Oracle 11i/R12 E-Business Suite , Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Application Server and Oracle PL/SQL and SQL and Oracle RDBMS , Oracle Developer Oracle Forms and Reports Developer. Extensive experience in designing, developing, and testing the RICE components Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions as per Oracle Standards. Strong familiarity with AIM methodology in creating BRD, MD-50, MD-70, MD-120 and testing documents thought projects. Expertise in developing custom reports in XML Publisher. Extensive Functional technical skills in Business User Interaction, System Requirement gathering , Application Development, Customizations and Implementation of software applications in client-server, database, and enterprise software environments. Analyzing web services using Oracle R11.x APIs, open interfaces, and SOA Gateway for integrating Oracle R11.x to new system Understanding PL/SQL, function, procedure, and packages used in integration, and developing plans to address identified issues. Operating Systems: Unix, Windows; Design techniques such as object-oriented language. Technical knowledge in one or more specialties of applications systems analysis and broad knowledge of multiple programming languages, file and database management, and operating system environments. Proficient knowledge of relevant technology, tools, and middleware is a must.
