Significant experience working with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online and associated technologies in an Administrator role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure (Policies, License Management, Monitoring, Security implementations/Hardening) Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online administration and customization. Experience with integrating Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online with other systems and platforms. Experience with migrating from various file-sharing solutions (Windows file server, DropBox, Google Drive, etc.) to SharePoint and Microsoft Teams Experience integrating Teams with other unified communications systems (chat, media, video, voice) Experience with Teams Phone System. Experience with various end user device Polycom Handsets and various video conferencing smartboards. Experience deploying and configuring Teams audio, video and telephony solutions as well as integration with Exchange/Office 365 Unified Messaging. Understanding of the new SharePoint Online security architecture, new standards for site architecture (modern sites and modern hub sites), and administration levels based on users role and responsibility. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
