Must have excellent time management and organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, work well in teams, and instill customer confidence Expertise in extending Microsoft CRM functionality via building custom add-ons, plug-ins, integration and rich xRM applications development. Strong customer relationship skills and experience Ability to establish priorities and work independently Also having done projects on premise/ cloud, support, upgrade and Migrations. Project Scheduling, Monitoring, Risk analysis and mitigation. Responsible for all SDLC activities, code review, mentoring team, resource planning and providing . Designed and developed Microsoft Automate, PowerApps and PowerBI reports. Worked on Office 365, Dynamics 365 and SharePoint APIs.
