As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting decision-making processes, optimizing business operations, and driving organizational growth through data-driven strategies. Data Analyst will be responsible for creation of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. That candidate would have experience in early childhood / early education / health and human services business domain and familiarity of working with the public institutions, like municipal, state or federal government. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Database Developer, Data Architect, Business Analyst or similar role. Experience with database-backed web applications. Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redshift, Snowflake). Familiarity with data manipulation languages and the principles of database design. Knowledge of software development and user interface web applications. Excellent organizational and analytical abilities. Outstanding problem solver. Demonstrated experience in performing of 4 types of Data Analytics Descriptive Analytics tells you what happened in the past. Diagnostic Analytics helps you understand why something happened in the past. Predictive Analytics predicts what is most likely to happen in the future. Prescriptive Analytics recommends actions you can take to affect those outcomes.
