Qualifications (must haves): Workday HCM solution architect with previous experience implementing or supporting complex time and absence configurations Additional experience supporting multiple functional areas, including core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Comp, US Payroll and Global Payroll required. Adept at testing and troubleshooting integration issues Previous PeopleSoft experience extremely beneficial, preferably V9.2. Strong solution consulting and communication skills Project management, strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work well with business subject matter experts and technical resources to deliver work on time according to project schedule.
