Duration :12 months MOI: VIDEO We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Expert - Large Language Models - with experience in the Financial Services / Banking industry to join our team. Responsibilities: Collaborate with researchers and data scientists to design sophisticated machine learning models. Implement and fine-tune neural network architectures, including transformer-based models. Optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency. Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance, robustness, and generalization. Explore novel techniques and approaches to enhance model capabilities. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP, deep learning, and AI research. Work with large-scale datasets, pre-process them, and create appropriate data representations. Select relevant features and ensure data quality for training and evaluation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, software engineers, and product managers. Communicate technical findings and insights effectively. Deploy trained models in production environments. Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and iterate on improvements.Requirements: Minimum 15+ years of IT experience; MUST HAVE: Banking Industry experience; Deep understanding with Machine Learning Architectures; Deep understanding of Neural networks and how they work; Deep Understanding around traditional neural networks; Deep understanding of Architectures like CNN, RNN; Deep understanding of transformers architecture; Deep understanding of Pretraining process; Deep understanding of LLM ecosystem; Deep understanding in Math and Statistics; Experience with lots of POCs and R&D work for potential use cases within Home Lending. Customer complaints for Servicing, Encompass training materials for Correspondent and Originations to name a few of potential use cases.
