Job Description Lead Devops Engineer Location: Remote Duration: 6+ months Interview: Skype Need Excellent communication skills and a Rockstar needed not an average guy. Will work EST hours so need EST or CST time zone preferred Experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or similar roles within a large-scale, complex environment. Demonstrated experience in architecting and managing internal developer platforms, particularly with Backstage or Internal Developer Platform (IDP) in Harness.io. Deep understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet). Strong background and familiarity with multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go). Establish platform strategies, policies, and best practices. Proven ability to think strategically, innovating solutions that address current challenges while anticipating future needs.
